Donations

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Torah Academy of Los Angeles is a non-profit organization, and all donations are normally non-refundable.

Once a donation is made, it is applied toward the school's educational mission and operations. If you believe a donation was made in error (for example, a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount), please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your request.

Tuition and Program Fees

Tuition, camp registration fees, and other program fees are governed by the enrollment or registration agreement signed at the time of registration. Any refund of tuition or fees is likewise reviewed on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the school administration. Please refer to your enrollment agreement or contact our office for details.

Event and Fundraiser Purchases

Purchases related to school events and fundraisers (such as auction entries or event tickets) are considered contributions to the school and are normally non-refundable. Requests for exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund Review

To request a review of a transaction, please contact us within a reasonable time of the transaction and include your name, the date and amount of the transaction, and the reason for your request:

We will respond to all refund inquiries as promptly as possible. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Torah Academy of Los Angeles.
